AVAILABILITY:
Many of our products, such as Linbins are now available for 'Quick Ship' delivery.
Where possible we have introduced 'Quick Ship' products which we aim to despatch and deliver with in 2 to 3 working days.
Some standard larger items such as express lockers are available on ‘Quick Ship’ on 5 to 6 working days.
Products that are assembled to order are on 10 to 25 working days.
Bespoke products which are made to order are on 15 to 70 working days.
DELIVERY:
CARRIAGE COST CONTRIBUTION for 'SMALL ORDER VALUE'
There is no minimum order value and 95% of products are delivered free for orders over £500. On orders below £500 there will be an additional £25 + VAT charge.'
CARRIAGE COST CONTRIBUTION for 'LARGE PRODUCTS'
Large products such as Pallet Racking are despatched on Groupage Transport, The cost for the Groupage Transport will depend on the product and the location, Cost will be quoted on application.
CARRIAGE COST FOR DAY or DAY & TIME SPECIFIC:
Some projects require 'Day' specific or 'Day and Time' specified delivery, This is at extra cost, Typically £100 for the Day or £150 for Day & Time.
CARRIAGE COST TO SCOTLAND, CORNWALL, CENTRAL LONDON, ISLANDS or IRELAND
Due to increased carriage costs there may be an additional charge for delivering some products, this will be advised prior to processing your order.

CARRIAGE COST FOR HIAB DELIVERY
Our large modular storage containers normally require special delivery and placement with a HIAB vehicle. The cost for this will be quoted on application.
CARRIAGE COST FOR 'FORS' REGISTERED TRANSPORT
For some sites FORS registered transport is required, The cost for this will be quoted on application.
OFF LOADING AND DISTRIBUTION AROUND SITE
The materials delivered to site are the clients responsibility for offloading and distribution on and around site.
RETURNS:
If the Buyer has placed the Order as a consumer (as defined by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014) The Buyer may cancel the Order at any time within seven (7) days of receiving the Goods without any liability to the Company except any direct cost incurred by the Company in relation to the Goods being returned and the Company will refund to the Buyer any part of the Price that the Company has received, provided the Goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging and that the Goods have not been specifically tailored to the Buyer's specifications, which includes items assembled to order, or personalised, or the Goods by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.
If the Buyer has placed the Order as a Commercial or Business customer The Buyer may cancel the Order at any time within seven (7) days of receiving the Goods without any liability to the Company except any direct cost incurred by the Company in relation to the Goods being restocked, delivered and returned. (Typical restocking charge is 20%) and the Company will refund to the Buyer any balance of the Price that the Company has received, provided the Goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging and that the Goods have not been specifically tailored to the Buyer's specifications, which includes items assembled to order, or personalised, or the Goods by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.
DAMAGED GOODS:
When goods are delivered they must be inspected and singed for. Goods will not be left without a signature. Please examine goods carefully. If the goods have been damaged during delivery this must be noted on the carriers delivery note. If the goods are damaged you can refuse to accept delivery. Please be aware by signing a carriers delivery note you are waiving the carriers liability for damage in transit. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
